All orders are considered final at time of order submission. Cancellations and Exchanges may result in a restocking fee. Just contact us to make arrangements if you need to.

We, theravenshollow.com & Lane’s Cabinet, LLC reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline the order if fraud is suspected. If fraud is suspected and/or proven, we will report you.

Please review your order before confirming. Double check address, email and phone number. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages; please double check your shipping address before order confirmation. There is no refund from USPS for a lost or returned package. Please ensure your phone, address and email are all VALID before placing your order. If we need to reach out, we need to be able to get a hold of you. We will not process your order if we are unable to contact you or you do not reply to our messages within 7 business days.

All of our products are handmade, so there may be some slight variances from the images online to how it appears in person. If something is decidedly off please use the Contact form to get in touch about this.
